Administration held
discussions with Association on 17-07-2002.
Sr.
DDG (Per) cleared the prposals for STS post creation on added assets to
KR,TN,GJT etc. Dir(F) has to clear the proposals.
Inter
Circle request transfers to SDEs. GS demands immediate intervention in the
matter Settle
the issue of creation of justified S.T.S posts in respect of TN, Kerala, A.P,
etc. Intervention
requested to render justice to SDEs of H.P Circle.
TEOA(INDIA)
extends complete support to BSNLEA(INDIA) for the Trade Union Actions on 22nd
& 29th July 2002. GS TEOA(I) written to CMD BSNL and demands for settling
the just demands of BSNL EA.
As committed by the Admn. on
21-06-2002, the process of DPC for promotion to officiating DEs
started.SSAs
are aked to submit the CR folders of 60 SDEs of 1973 rectts.On
prority about 13 existing vacacies of DEs will be filled up shortly.List..........
Administration invites GS for further discussion on 04-07-2002 1.
Norms for STS post sanctioning in Transmission Mtce of Telecom Regions.Draft
order approved by Dir (HRD), BSNL by the concurrence of CMD. Former orders
will be issued latest by 08-07-2002.
2.Sanctioning of STS posts in Telecom Circles.STS posts on added
assets to Telecom circles of KR,TN, AP,GJT,PJB,HR. Sanction being issued
shortly. Pay
protection to Offtg. JAG officers from Adhoc DEs is in an advanced stage. Agitational
Programmes Pay fixation for
officiating JAG Officers promoted from Adhoc DEs (under Rule 35)- Dir (HRD)
clears the proposals and the file routed to DIR (F) for his clearance.

first demand raised by us in the notice for trade union programmes has been
achieved as already anounced in this site on 04-07-2002
....................
Second
demand of STS post creation of Telecom Circles is also under serious
consideration as promised by the admn.
However
the anounced Trade union programmes will continue till all the demands are
settled.
